WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!
Inside: Enter into a grand entry-way with cathedral ceilings. Stairs are directly ahead that lead to a loft with balcony and rolling hills views.
Bedrooms: An XL master bedroom, with a stand-alone jet tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom is large as well, features a jack and jill bathroom with two showers leading to the third average sized bedroom. All bedrooms have king sized beds, some with “trundle” beds to handle extra guests. Two bedrooms feature sliding glass doors with entrance/exit to outside. Loft with private balcony and a palm tree hillside view serves as 4th bedroom.
Grounds: Spread out and enjoy supreme privacy on the 8 acres. Features a small outdoor golf teeing area that you can also use for croquet, a driving range (no nets), & horse-shoes. Enjoy outdoor dining on the patio furniture in front and back of grounds. Sit by the pool and see the San Diego hills. Spa & Tennis Court currently closed. At night a part of the San Diego skyline is visible through the mountains.. Cook with a propane grill and charcoal grill.
Wi-Fi: We do have 50mb high speed internet, even though we are in a rural area! And you’re in luck, we have Wi-Max, not Hughes-Net!
Bedding arrangements:

STANDARD SLEEPING (sleeps 16 adults, or about 18-19 with kids ): The gigantic master bedroom has one king bed (sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids). Bdrm 2 (large) has 2 trundle beds (King + twin + twin/King+ twin + twin) (sleeps 8 adults or 10 kids). Bdrm 3 has a king (sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids). Loft (large) has a king (sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids). We have 2 luxury roll-away mattresses which can go in many spots (sleeps 2).

OVERFLOW SLEEPING: Areas for large groups inside home: (sleeps 20 or so more) If you have a large group we have plenty of extra space for your group, it is comfortable up to about 25, and gets tight with sleeping space after that with army-style sleeping but it is doable.
We have 10 wood room dividing partitions available for added privacy for large groups.
The house has 2 living rooms and will comfortably fit 15 twin air mattresses, moving furniture required (sleeps 15), you could also opt to put these twin air mattresses in the gigantic master (space for 3-4), loft (space for 1), or bedroom 2 (space for 2). There is a living room couch (sleeps 2). We also have 2 queen and 2 king air mattresses which you can use throughout the home. (sleeps 8).
Another sleeping area is the master walk in closet which can fit one king air mattress.
Overflow garage sleeping area and outside (sleeps 9): We also have an XL 2 car garage, and a seperate one car garage. This is NOT a finished area and is not considered a living space, but we do have 2 portable space heaters and fans (no AC). The unfinished garage areas will fit 3 king air mattresses or 9 twins (sleeps 9).
Outside: There is also a daybed outside. (sleeps 2).
Our total bed inventory includes:
-5 kings, 4 twins, 2 luxury roll aways, 1 couch, 18 twin air mattresses, 2 king air mattresses, 2 queen air mattresses
Bring sleeping masks for big groups if you want to sleep in, the living rooms do not have curtains.

NOISE RULES: You are required to read house rules to see all noise details. See our pictures that show the acceptable noise levels on our property. ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD BASS AT ANYTIME, BASS IS THE DEEP RUMBLE SOUND THAT COMES FROM SPEAKERS. If loud bass is played your reservation will be canceled without refund.

One-day booking events: Note our minimum daily rate for an event is $499+$150 security drive by fee+$500 refundable security deposit. If your daily rate is over $500 with your included guest fees you will still pay $500 refundable security deposit +$150 security drive by fee.
